Thanks to its sound financial policies the RBI was able to continue strengthening its positions and replenishing its land bank throughout the crisis, confirming its status as a stable and reliable partner that can be trusted. At the beginning of 2010 the RBI signed strategic cooperation agreement with Northwest Bank OJSC "Sberbank of Russia." According to the agreement the bank provides funding of 4.6 billion rubles for the current targeted program till 2017.

The organization was founded at the initiative of citizens who care about the city.
