The Holding strategy is to create landmark projects in every segment of the real estate market. Significant projects, above all, are a large-scale ones for us, with cultural value and magnitude. They are appealed to be a standard for the market and to form the pattern of it’s development.
 
We are focused on developing heavy residential and commercial realty projects, as well as on mixed-use projects. We closely monitor the real estate market environment and quickly respond to any changes. We have made some corrective amendments in our Company activity to adapt it to the recent crisis phenomena in the economy, but we have not changed our strategic priorities. We have been focusing on our "domestic market" (it's Saint-Petersburg and Leningradskaya Oblast' for RBI) and our "root" product - residential property.  It allows us to stay efficient and competitive under the current market conditions.
