Work at a project starts long before the first pile is driven. First we look for a place for the future building, the so-called “building spot”. At this stage maximum attention is paid to the area where the house will be located. We try to choose a place next to which one can furnish good parking lots, children playgrounds, a place having a good transport service and developed infrastructure. One has to go through several stages of authority approval before obtaining the right to construction on a land plot.
