Penal houses were the main supply on the residential property market in the 90-s. We started our operations from building penal houses with improved characteristics and we were the first company in Saint-Petersburg to abandon such projects, as we understood the buyers' demand for residential property of higher quality. We created our own "apartments for middle-class" standard. Today "Severny Gorod" uses this standard, while implementing all its projects in the segment of mass residential property.
For us the implementation of residential property projects is a meticulous and labour-intensive multi-stage process.
Work at a project starts long before the first pile is driven. First we look for a place for the future building, the so-called “building spot”. At this stage maximum attention is paid to the area where the house will be located. We try to choose a place next to which one can furnish good parking lots, children playgrounds, a place having a good transport service and developed infrastructure. One has to go through several stages of authority approval before obtaining the right to construction on a land plot. A proposal not good enough from the architectural, legal or construction point of view will be debarred.
Before starting a project we carry out a detailed study of the needs of our buyers: what is their idea of an ideal house, which factors are important for them? This allows us to construct buildings where life is convenient and comfortable from the very first day of moving in.
