Net profit of “Severny Gorod” rose 7 times according to RASZAO “Severny Gorod” which is a part of RBI Holding has accounted for the 1st semester of this year according to RAS (Russian Accounting Standards). The company’s net income for the financial period has risen 7 times comparing to the previous year and reached 306 million rubles. In accordance with RAS the company’s revenue in the 1st half of 2010 amounted to 926 million rubles. Currently “Severny Gorod” sells flats in three buildings: “ The Privilege” (Vasilievsky Island , 17th line, building 40), “The House at the Riverside Station” (Shelgunova, 5) and “The house at Victory square” (5th Predportovy prospect, building 1). “The house at Victory square” was commissioned in 2009. As for “The Privilege” and “The House at the Riverside Station”, the first one is to be constructed by the 3rd quarter of 2011, the second one – by the 4th quarter of 2012. All the buildings created by “Severny Gorod” comply with “Apartments for middle class”, standard. If you want to buy an apartment, there are several programs which you can use.
